Neil Peart of Rush - drummer rock band canvas mounted print
Over Covid, I watched a Neil Peart documentary on Netflix that literally made me fall in love with his artistry all over again. I partied to Rush back in the day but I had no idea how wise and gifted on so many levels he was. Neil Peart was considered one of rock's greatest drummers of all times for the Canadian band "Rush". Always suspicious of showbiz, Peart spent much of his downtime on the road in Rush's early days, buried in a stack of books. In addition to being a musician, Peart was also a prolific writer, having published several memoirs about his travels such as "Ghostrider" and "Travels of Healing on the Road". This bold narrative shows how Peart tried to stay alive by staying on the move after the loss of his 19 year old daughter and his wife. Sadly, he passed away January 7th, 2020 of brain cancer but his legacy lives on. -Free shipping within the US and Canada and please allow 14 business days for delivery.
