A half of beef is approximately 180-270 lbs ( depending on hanging weights ) and takes up less freezer space than you might imagine – approximately 6.5 cubic feet of space. Our half beef consists of ground beef, steaks (tenderloin, sirloin, round, t-bone, cube, flat iron and rib) and roasts. A typical breakdown of the cuts is about 50% ground beef, 25% ribs and roasts and 25% steaks (T-bone, tenderloin, sirloin tip, round, cube, etc.) and stew/kabob meat. * This is just a deposit to reserve* Difference owed will be invoice within 72 hours of hanging weights being determined.   Fall Hanging weights average 600-700  Spring Hanging Weights average 800-900 Price- $5.10/lbs x hanging weight  (average across both spring/fall $1400-$2250/Half)
