Item is made to order.  Please allow 3 weeks for delivery* Custom-designed, 14k rose, white or yellow gold heartbeat necklace.  57 round, brilliant-cut diamonds float across the necklace in a micropavè setting, with a mixed combination of different sized diamonds. Total diamond weight is .31ct. The gold link chain is adjustable between 15-17 inches and is secured by a lobster clasp. Diamond Total Carat Weight may vary slightly.
