The Panthera TEC MAT Brightfield & Darkfield 4K digital microscope is designed for material sciences and is equipped to inspect semiconductors, LCD panels, wafers, metallurgical samples, and various types of materials. The microscope incorporates a sleek design and modern technology with the Motic LightTracer coded nosepiece, and digital light intensity knob. The trinocular head allows you to add a camera to this system and it comes standard with 10x/22 mm field of view eyepieces. Reflected light is standard, or you can upgrade to reflected and transmitted light. this microscope is capable of brightfield and darkfield reflected light illumination. The compact LED EPI illuminator has a slot to accept a polarizer and analyzer. The coded smart quintuple nosepiece has Motic LightTracer which remembers the ideal illumination setting for each objective. This microscope is equipped with brightfield / darkfield Plan Achromat LD 5x, 10x, 20x, and Plan S-APO BD 50x objective lenses. You can choose between a 3x2" or 6x4" mechanical stage. For transmitted illumination options the microscope will be equipped with an LED condenser which has 39 LED's mounted directly into them.
