We've taken the heavy hitting, super reliable Borg Warner S400 series and severely improved it.We start with a genuine BW S400 CHRA and tear it down to basic components. We coat the bearing housing to reduce rust and corrosion. Then the thrust bearing is replaced with a full circle oversized pad bearing that is steel on steel for the slowest wearing bearing possible. The journal bearings are also replaced with higher flowing oil ported versions to aid in keeping the bearings cool under heavy loads.
