Teal Floral Pleated Dress

I don't know what it is about pleats, but they get me every time! They're just so feminine and fancy, am I right? I love how they flow so beautifully when you walk! This dress has the most gorgeous fall pattern. I love the deep teal base with the fall floral design. It is fully lined with an elastic waist. The material is very lightweight.
