Over the last 31 years I've managed to keep myself alive, I have developed a variety of behaviors, habits, and coping tendencies that have helped get me to where I am. Some of these we call healthy. Others, not so much. Twilight has always been this bizarre land of in between that fell into no distinct description on its own. And it always signaled the ending of the night. This coming out of the darkness is what I want to highlight. I'm realizing that a lot of the beliefs and behaviors that I have clung onto from the past are not serving me all that well.
