Second Chance

Nick here, and boy was this ring a doozy. While it looks simple, this was a big hurdle for us to get through. I am super stoked, not only for this piece, but for all of the things I'm going to be able to create moving forward. Now, anything we make can be set onto an already made ring. There are so many ideas I've had that I haven't had the ability to turn into reality. And now, I'm going to be able to recreate so many of them in metal!   Okay, story time: I've spent considerable time pondering second chances. Why were my efforts rewarded with another shot at life while my friends' weren't? Why do so many of us never get a chance to experience life outside of horrid conditions? Survivor guilt is a thing— especially in the last couple of years since I've allowed myself to experience it. The truth is, I don't have an answer to questions like these.
