Many people associate the swashbuckling pirate with a dubious set of moral codes. In a time told only of in stories. There was a young pirate who dreamed of adventure and loot. He was a poor boy. Raised as an orphan. His prospects were a life of crime on land or the seas. The woman who occasionally fashioned herself his surrogate mother used to babble about a handsome pirate she once laid with. This handsome pirate's life was filled with riches and drinks and women. Our boy chose the sea. He was happy to eat at first. A life spent begging on the streets has a way of revealing what's important. Eventually, this boy found himself in the heat of a raid against another pirate vessel. The boy was no more than 14. And he attempted to flee by hiding in the captains quarters.  It was him who through a twist of fate would slay the captain. In truth, the boy didn't wish to harm anyone.
