PureFlow AirDog II-5G DF-165-5G Fuel Seperation System | Fits 2004.5-2018 Dodge RAM 2500 3500 6.7L Cummins

This is the PureFlow AirDog II-5G DF-165-5G Fuel Separation System designed specifically for 2004.5-2018 Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins engines. Engineered for superior performance, this diesel lift pump is mounted on the frame rail using a sandwich plate mounting system. A Fuel Module Upgrade Kit is included to replace the factory in-tank lift pump and pull fuel through a 1/2" bulkhead fitting. The pressure side of the system connects directly to the injection pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing. The AirDog® Air/Vapor return is routed back to the tank through the factory 3/8" suction line after the module is modified. This system boasts a 165GPH (Gallon Per Hour) flow rate, making it perfect for moderately modified trucks. For a full list of included parts, please refer to our detailed installation manual.
