These freshly emptied barrels most recently held bourbon that was finished in honey barrels. The bourbon began its journey aging for six years in new American oak barrels, followed by double-barreling in medium+ toasted oak barrels. The final touch came from finishing in wildflower honey barrels, infusing the spirit with layers of honeyed sweetness, toasted caramel, and subtle spice. Ideal for aging beers, ciders, or spirits, these barrels carry forward the distinctive flavors of their unique journey.
