Midwest Hearth gasket cement for adhering fiberglass gasket to cast iron or steel. Made for bonding and sealing replacement stove gasketing. Made in USA! split Heat Rating: 2000 degrees Fahrenheit Directions: Knead tube before use. Cut tube tip to the desired opening. Dampen area with water and apply minimum amount of cement required into gasket channel, then press the gasket firmly into the cement. Close the door to ensure a good seal, then trim excess gasket. Allow to air dry for 1 hour with the door open. Within 30 days, start a fire and gradually increase the heat to 500F (260C) to cure.   California residents see Prop 65 WARNINGS WARNING!
