STS Inks' P-6 Low Migration DTF Transfer Powder is a specialized adhesive formulated to minimize dye migration during the Direct to Film (DTF) printing process. Composed entirely of polyurethane (TPU), this powder boasts a particle size range of 80–200 microns and a melting point between 80°C and 95°C (176°F–203°F), ensuring optimal adhesion without compromising fabric integrity. Its low migration properties make it particularly suitable for applications involving light-colored fabrics or sensitive materials, as it reduces the risk of ink bleeding.
