Made of Silicone in order to remain pliable. Featured in both heated and unheated versions of our stainless steel Stall Founts. Designed to be inserted from the top. Drain plug will sit flush with the bottom of the Stall Fount, preventing animals to from chewing or removing it from the unit. Contains plug #18221.
