Utagawa Kuniyoshi From one of Kuniyoshi's most famous 47 Ronin series, "Stories of the True Loyalty of the Faithful Samurai".  This print shows the ronin named Kurahashi Densuke Takeyuki glaring and lifting a scroll painting on the blade of his sword. Note the angry rabbit surrounded by waves design on his pants. Date: 1847 Size: Oban - 13.75 x 9.75 Publisher: Ebiya Rinnosuke Condition: Overall good condition, minor insect damage on border. Backed with thin Edo-era paper.
