Telecaster Fender Hand Wound 50's Tonecaster Pickups by Migas Touch Alnico 2 Wax Potted

Migas Touch is a custom shop pickup maker. We specialize in Fender Stratocaster and Telecaster pickups. Our vintage 50's Tonecaster pickups are wax potted to avoid microphonic noises and squeals, but still remain true to the original tones and characteristics. Tribute to the infamous Nocaster using the Alnico 2 magnets giving them the Fatter and Warmer with more mid range tones.  The bridge is south up and the neck is north up and is reverse wound to reduce the noise when mixing pickups. Both are Alnico 2 magnets. We have spent years testing different wire and wire makers and only use the finest quality we have found along with period matching bobbins and push back leads to insure nothing but the best sounding pickups. We use .42 Heavy Formvar wire for the Bridge and .43 Heavy Formvar for the neck to retain their true to the period correctness. Each hand-wound set is signed and numbered. 100% Made in the USA.
