This is especially true on Lana’i, where banana trees are scattered throughout the the town. This one in particular intrigued me, as it’s nestled behind a vintage plantation-era building. The afternoon light glinting off the leaves is what first drew me to this scene, and the shop in the front of the building was called ‘Highlights’.
