Up for sale, a custom-built Snakehead T-style Double Cutaway, outfitted with premium hardware and electronics and complete with a hardshell case. This guitar pairs a lightly relic’d Copper nitro lacquer-finished MJT double cutaway Telecaster body (in the vein of Mike Bloomfield) with a Fender-licensed Musikraft neck complete with prototypical “Snakehead” headstock. Electronics include Porter Custom Tele single coil pickups, and hardware comprises a Callaham bridge with compensated saddles paired with a Bigsby B5 vibrato and Vibramate String Spoiler. The Porter Custom Tele single coil pickups feature Alnico V magnets, with raised D and G poles in the bridge position, designed to yield traditional Tele tonalities with just a touch more aggression and edge than vintage-style designs. The bridge has great push and cut, the neck is warm and full with a woody chop, and there is a very welcome 4th position on the blade switch, engaging both pickups in series for a particularly big and bold s
