Mike's Blend Mineral Soak

Mike's Blend is a complex and balancing soak, both meditative and calming. Breathe, feel, release. An inspired blend of 10 essential oils combined with remineralizing Atlantic sea salt and medium chain triglycerides. Uplifting to the mind and body, perfect for everyday use and recovery. Features a centering blend of Cedarwood, Copaiba Balsam, Rosewood, Cardamom, Myrrh, Allspice, Clove, Tangerine, Ylang Ylang, and Sandalwood Essential Oils. Rich in magnesium calcium, and dozens of other essential macro and trace minerals. Directions Directions: Fill the bath with hot comfortable water. Add ½ cup to 1 cup (depending on desired intensity, more is not necessarily better) to the hot water and swish to disburse the soak throughout the bath. Get in and get comfortable. Breathe deeply for a minute or so. Bathe in the soak and cleanse the soul. When you're ready to exit, do so slowly, there may be changes in your equilibrium.
