Join us for yoga in the greenhouse! There is no better way to boost your mood than by practicing yoga while embracing the warm + sunny greenhouse, surrounded by lush plants! Blu Bird Studio will lead us through a fun, gentle flow class that is wonderful for all skill levels + those who like to have fun while being active! We will finish off the class with deep stretches and mindful breathing. IT'S ALWAYS SO FUN!
