“This is probably my favorite of all the vintages I’ve made in Rioja so far” says winemaker, Diego Magaña. Mostly Tempranillo with a touch of Garnacha, Graciano, Mazuelo, Viura & Malvasía Riojana. It’s made from 50+ year old bush vines and is aged for 12 months in neutral barrel. This wine has a beautiful purity to it. It has hints of red cherry, purple flower and a chalky sensation that adds complexity to the very fine tannins. This is a very elegant example of a high quality Rioja!
