Our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is an organic, single origin fair-trade coffee sourced from the Banko Dhadhato cooperative in Ethiopia. The beans include varieties of the indigenous heirloom and create a delicious light roast with botanical notes that make for smooth, easy sipping.  If you're looking for a coffee that's bright and balanced, then you've found your winner!   Lighter coffee roasts have a pronounced acidity and retain the origin flavors to a greater extent than darker roasts. With darker coffee roasts, the higher roasting temperatures create a fuller body, with a rich and roasted flavor.
