Our purple beldi olives are grown on a family farm in one of Morocco’s most rich and fertile plains. They’re hand-harvested at peak ripeness, then cured in water and sea salt to bring out their full flavor. These premium olives feature purple-to-red skin and a rich, fruity taste, with tender flesh that separates easily from the pit. Purple olives are traditionally used to bring a salty element to Moroccan tagines and salads, but are also fantastic for snacking, or in any recipe that calls for best-quality olives.
