Each cold plunge is prepared with our house made bath tea with beneficial herbs and a mixture of magnesium and sea salts. Ice is available for experienced plungers.  INCLUDED: 100% cotton Turkish towels, Spring water with electrolytes, and beneficial herb and mineral salt bath brew.
