I invite three cake makers into my private studio for three days of intense teaching…nothing is off limits! In a supportive and nurturing environment, we talk business (think contracts, pricing, etc.,) design and inspiration. This class is tailored to those looking to make the move into the Wedding Cake market or those in the wedding cake market looking to move up into the high end market. Students will design and decorate a 2 tier cake, using real cake. At the end of class, your cake will be boxed for you to enjoy at home.
