Rainbow Layer Cakes

Calling all Mini Bakers! Our Rainbow Layer Cake class will focus primarily on decorating and presentation. Each Maker will receive six, pre-baked colored cake rounds of 8" each. (Yes, you read that right! Your child is getting an entire cake!) The Makers will then apply frosting to the top of each cake round, stack the rounds, and then follow Mrs. Jenni's instructions for frosting and decorating.  Piping is something that kids are 100% capable of. We also believe sincerely in the power of sprinkles at Mini Makers, so each Maker will get unrestricted access to sprinkles and other decorating goodies. Although the Makers will get plenty of opportunities for taste-testing, the Makers will box up their cakes and take them home at the end of class.  All snacks and supplies are provided; this event is suitable for ages 4-12.  Check out our Instagram for examples of past workshops and crafts.  This event is a drop-off experience; however, we understand that some kids need a parent in the room
