Designed to illuminate portions of the track that can not be seen by the headlight. Create a more realistic look for your engine. The PC board is completely assembled and supplied with a reed switch and 2 incandescent bulbs. The Ditch Lights come on at 3 volts and will stay lit until one of the magnets triggers the bulbs to flash in an alternating cycle, and the engine reaches the next magnet, which will return the bulbs to a constant on. 8 bipolar mini magnets are included for 4 crossings. Polarity markings must be observed and all magnets must be placed in the same position. Additional magnets can be purchased.
