2013 Bin #380 - PRIVATE RELEASE!

What We TasteWe make Bin 380 as an everyday, "go to" red wine.  Lighter weight than our other reds, the new "Bin" is loaded with delicious, very pure fruit notes - raspberries, cranberries, red apples - and a nice undercurrent of fresh ground herbs.  Oak treatment is intentionally light, letting the fruit speak for itself. We find this wine to be a great way to relax at the end of a busy day.  Its nuanced and delicious, never overbearing.  Enjoy!What We Made 58%% Cinsault , 42% Grenache.  (Bowers, Miramonte, Palmador).  Cold soaked 5 days, fermented individually in 1 ton open top fermenters, punched down 3x a day -- but this is our one red that does not receive an extended maceration.
