London dress. Black Plaid sized

London is made from soft prewashed cotton plaid NOW REDUCED! This fun, happy, unique dress is our version of a pinafore....can be worn with a variety of underlayers.... T-shirt, sweater, shirt, etc. The heavy pre-washed tartan with a gorgeous double ruffle at the hem gives the dress a real `swirl` effect when you move. Please note we have left a cut, unfinished edge top to the frills for a more edgy, modern look. The floral tie around the neckline can be positioned high or low to your pleasing, pulling it tighter or not. The model wears the London dress over the Serendipity skirt and black velvet Florentine coat. London has side pockets and raw frayed edges on the flounces. 2 sizes to fit any size....adjustable neckline with a contrasting floral tie. Available in Green Plaid, also.
