We do not consider that flawed, as it adds to the uniqueness and character of each piece. -Measures is 20''W X 9.3''H The Graduation hat is made of acrylic and you can choose the color of the hat.   Each sign has an engraved sentiment and graduates name.  Please be sure to include the name exactly as  you would like it to appear on the sign.  If you would like a custom sentiment to be engraved on the sign just add this note in the personalization section of your order and I will make it accordingly  The hat can be customized to match your school colors, I have listed the most popular school colors however if you have a unique color you would like just message me and I will work with you to make it happen.
