I personally handmade this pen using a dial from a Mickey Mouse watch.  The background is a special chemically treated foil in the Frost color. This is a one-of-a-kind custom pen.  You will receive the pen in the photos. Twist 1/2 turn to extend or retract the standard common Parker compatible refill.  Refills are easily found at office supply stores, on line or on this Mission City Pens website.
