A charming Art Deco gilt copper & enameled box adorned with an enameled  Art Deco bird, leaves and branches. All sides are enameled, top, all four sides,  the complete interior (including the underside of the lid),   and the exterior underside of the box. The copper box's interior is a beautiful shade of blue-green speckled enamel.  The bottom of the box is a lovely cream enameling. We believe this box is of Asian origins, may possibly be Japanese although we cannot say  for certain. We find no apparent maker's marks.  Please feel free to contact us if anyone may know the origin and maker of this  box. If you can attribute this to "Ando", we would love to know.  Approx.
