c. 1800 Battersea or Bilston Enamel & Brass Snuff Box

We have a colorful and charming  enamel and brass snuff box The Bilston or Battersea  painted scene on the enamel box lid is of a lovely lady leaning over  the wall of a castle surrounded by trees, birds and floral designs.   The borders on the sides of the brass box have a lovely enamel decoration which is carried over to the bottom of the box.
