data-exclude-css-removal="true" style="display: none;"> c.1800's American Windsor Comb Back Hand Painted Rocking Chair We are offering A beautiful Windsor comb back rocking chair,  in an original dark mustard, green and black paint, with hand painted rails and details.  This piece features bamboo-turned spindles and legs, a carved and painted saddle seat, very wonderfully done scroll arm-rests, a stepped back rail and a stepped rail on top of the comb.  The legs are mortise and pinned to the rocker. The rails are painted in dark green and black  with floral motifs.  Approx. Dimensions:Height: 42"Width: 18 1/2" Depth: 26"Condition:losses to its original paint throughout,  natural shrinkage expected from age,  old break on left side of bottom rail,  seat has old repairs with iron braces on the bottom, left side scroll armrest (facing the chair) has repair with a screw, right side scroll armrest is loose, the bottom rail is slightly loose, please see all photos for complete descriptio
