Early 20th C. Sterling Silver Candle Lighter Shabbat Judaica Shepard & Rice, NYC

We are offering... A very rare early 20th Century piece of Judaica Sterling Silver,  used for religious purposes, with a retractable thin candle stick inside.  This piece has beautiful gadrooning and fluting, along with a beautiful  floral pattern at the bottom of the handle.  This piece is marked .925 and also has an S inside a circle on the other side.  This hallmark is that of Shepard & Rice, a 20th Century New York City silversmith, the predecessor to Bernard Rice's Sons.  Approx. Dimensions: Length: 13" Width:     1 5/8" Weight (including candle): 119g            ID.  60    LOC.  D Condition: Good age-related condition, still retracts.
