WYGLEFORTE THE GRIMMUN OAK DOLL

This is Wygleforte the Grimmun. Grimmun are benevolent forest creatures who are only seen when they choose to be. They are masters of camouflage, they are the quick specks you see in the corner of your eye that are gone when you turn to look. When you first enter a forest, you should offer the Grimmun something sweet: cookies, baked goods, sugar cubes. If you do, they will watch for you and make your journey more safe and will sometimes make sure you find interesting things! When you leave, check the spot where you left the treats since these little creatures will leave you a treasure. Sometimes it's a simple acorn or rock , sometimes it's something the Grimmun made itself, a carved antler or wood bit.  Wygleforte is an ember Grimmun! He loves to carve wood and make trinkets. Wygleforte LOVES toasted marshmallows so have plenty of those on hand if you give him a home...he can mow through a bag of marshamallows in minutes!   His long ear hairs and back spines glow BRIGHT in the dark.
