ShearPro Mixing Tool Set for SP1010

Customize your ShearPro SP1010 capabilities with additional mixing tools suited to your process needs. Choose from ExoShear, Pulsor, and UltraShear rotor stators to accomplish a variety of mixing requirements. All ShearPro mixing tools are 316SS. The ExoShear mixing tools are characterized by their straight, four-bladed rotor and the single ring stator with holes of varying diameter. The rotor is designed to maximize the pumping capacity of the mixing tool. Available in 3 stages of shear, the ExoShear 1 provides the coarsest blending by allowing very large particles to enter the mixing tool and process through the mixers. The ExoShear 2 is an intermediate option with a larger number of smaller diameter holes in the stator, providing more shear than the ExoShear 1. The ExoShear 3 provides the highest shear of the three ExoShear tools, by using a larger number of smaller diameter holes to reduce particles in the process.
