moteus cooling fan

This axial blower fan comes with connectors to attach to aux1, aux2, the r4 ABS connector, or the 12V FAN connector on moteus-x1.  It is PWM controlled with RPM sense (sense not supported by moteus firmware yet), this fan can significantly increase the phase current performance of any moteus controller.  Optionally includes a mounting kit with PC Blend CF 100C rated fan bracket and mounting bolts.
