They currently produce over 10 craft spirits distilled onsite, primarily from locally grown grains including: Vodka, Gin, Vodskey, Bourbon, Rum, as well as flavored spirits like Fresas (strawberry gin), liqueurs including Fernet and RTD (ready-to-drink) cocktails: Old Fashioned, The Wilderness Downtown, Barreled Negroni and the latest 75 & Sunny Brut (French 75). Most of Copperwing's products can be found at liquor stores throughout Minnesota. The cozy 49 seat cocktail room features freshly made craft cocktails with seasonal menu updates.
