Maiolica is a type of glazed earthenware that is known for its bright colors and decorative surfaces. The technique involves coating clay with an opaque white glaze, designs are hand-painted with metallic oxide pigments before being fired a second time. Measurements: Blue 1 measures ~2.5" in diameter and 3" tall; Blue 2 measures ~2.5" in diameter and 3" tall; Chartreuse 1 measures ~3" in diameter and 3" tall; Chartreuse 2 measures ~3" in diameter and 3" tall.
