Widely known for her expressive and emotive oil paintings, her drawings are similarly  delicate, fluid, and imaginative. Working with ink on Moleskine and drawing paper,  these sketches were literally torn from her sketchbooks creating a raw and intimate look at the artist’s process. Jaclyn Alderete is a San Francisco Bay Area artist, originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico. She draws her inspiration from many things; the human condition, social and environmental concerns and desert nostalgia. This piece will be on exhibit through October 12, 2014 and will be shipped within a week of the exhibition closing date. Shipping costs will be invoiced separately at the time of shipment for this piece.
