Beatrix Potter Dress in Blue by Tulip B.

Blue dress with a print of all our favorite Beatrix Potter characters!  The fabric is laid out like a puzzle with white outlines of puzzle pieces. This is a simple tank style with a gathered waist with elastic at the back and a back zip.  The fabric is a soft brushed cotton and is fully lined.  The skirt is nice and full and has hidden side pockets.  Made of 100% Cotton, Lined in 100% Cotton. Measurements in Inches.
