Navy Embroidered Midi Dress

 Cotton tank style square neck dress in navy with an embroidered bib, waist and skirt hem. The bodice has a smocked back panel and elasticized straps.  There is a back zip closure and is lined. The skirt is full and has side pockets. 100% Cotton Lined in 100% Polyester. Fabric itself does not have stretch.
