The Betty Lou dress is a sleeveless, true shirtwaist style that buttons up the front and has a fold down collar.  Made of 100% cotton right here in the USA. The skirt is composed of 6 panels for fullness and has hidden side pockets. There is an attached belt to fasten in the back or front. This dress is not lined.  Made in the USA 100% Cotton.
