Tie Shoulder Blue Rosette Midi Dress

Vintage inspired tie shoulder dress with a smocked bodice and full skirt.  This dress has a blue ruffled hem and smocked front pockets.  The fabric is off-white with blue and green roses throughout. Fully lined.  100% Cotton Lined in 100% Polyester. Fabric itself does not have stretch. Measurements Bust/ Waist/ Length waist to hem in Inches (Bodice is fully smocked so there is some stretch!)
