EARLY ’60s MIXED MEDIA GLYPHIC RELIEF PAINTING BY GWEN LESEMANN

A striking mixed media black and white glyphic abstract painting on Oriented Strand Board by Massatcheustts artist Gwen Lesemann.  Dating to the early 1960s, it is a study in positive and negative space using geometric glyphic forms arranged in 2-dimensional space.
