Natural colored extra large pistachios in their shells. Roasted and salted. Non-GMO Kosher Azure Market products that are re-packaged by Azure for your convenience are packaged in a Facility that meets the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) standards which includes an approved allergen control program. Directions Pistachios have an excellent shelf life and may be stored at length without spoilage under proper circumstances. Temperatures of 32-40 degrees F should be maintained with a relative humidity of 70% for roasted pistachios. Roasted and salted pistachios should not be stored in open containers for more than a few days as they will eventually absorb moisture from the air and become soggy. Pistachios stored in bulk containers should be frequently rotated for optimum freshness. In the event that they do become soggy, toasting the pistachios for 15-20 minutes at low heat (approximately 200 degrees) will renew them. Ingredients pistachios, sea salt (CONTAINS TREE NUTS)
