Azure Market Pistachios in Shell Roasted & Salted

Natural colored extra large pistachios in their shells. Roasted and salted. Directions   Pistachios have an excellent shelf life and may be stored at length without spoilage under proper circumstances. Temperatures of 32-40 degrees F should be maintained with a relative humidity of 70% for roasted pistachios. Roasted and salted pistachios should not be stored in open containers for more than a few days as they will eventually absorb moisture from the air and become soggy. Pistachios stored in bulk containers should be frequently rotated for optimum freshness.
