For sizing help, I'm 5'7", 145 pounds and I normally wear a medium and/or size 8 in US women's sizes. For these pants, I'd wear a medium for a normal fit and a large if I want it oversized & baggier.  If you are a man, I recommend sizing up one from your normal size!
