It has a fresh and herbaceous aroma, with a strong green note. Organic  Ginger Grass hydrosol is obtained as a by-product during the extraction of Ginger Grass Essential Oil. It is obtained by Steam Distillation of Cymbonium Martini Var. Sofia, otherwise known as Ginger Grass plant’s Grass.  It has been used to create soaps and cosmetic products in U
