These lightweight leather posts are made with mustard leather and have a small white shell disc that can be worn against the post, or behind the ear lobe as an ear jacket. The overall earring measures approx: 1/2" wide x 3/4" long The posts are made from surgical steel, completely nickel free and hypoallergenic. Should not be worn if the wearer has a brass allergy.
